Summer Skies

Would you believe I forgot what day it is!  I thought today was Thursday, yesterday was Wednesday.  So I'm a little late for posting some shots for Skywatch Friday.  But here they are anyway, a few from yesterday's paddle, and a few around the countryside.  I'll alternate them to give you the right impression of Grey County weather - rain/sun/rain/sun/....

This afternoon was like this here with severe thunderstorm warnings.

  1. Oh, I so love the third from the bottom! I totally love skies like that...

Thank you so much for identifying the plant on my blog today...I was hoping you would see it. I used to always depend on EG if I didn't know something and didn't have time to google it. I had looked some, but not much. Just bits and pieces between other chores.

  9. The sky never ceases to amaze me. Just when I think I've got the best photo of the clouds/sun/sky it changes to an even better one. Thank God for digital cameras!!

  12. Your last one, the marble effect of those clouds, perfect for a batik fabric print.
