Christmas Day Walk

Got the little guy who loves outdoor adventures out on a walk this afternoon.  Fresh air and a long walk does wonders for a 5 year old!  But we all enjoyed it.

Past grampa's favourite big trees.  This one always looks like a giant overhead
with its twin arms.

We walked along 2 or 3 km. of Bruce Trail through the woods.

I managed a not-too-bad picture of the waterfall,
just hand-held at 1/4 second, leaning against a tree.

And here's a proper picture of the Christmas tree,
so you can see it all decorated!

Peace and goodwill to all of you.

  1. What a special day you have had, we have our 2 grandies here, one is 6 feet tall, the other is catching up so fast. A grand walk, looks like you nailed it with the hand held waterfall.

  9. The tree looks like one in the Lord of the Rings movie. Great to get to walk with the grandson, seeing wonderful waterfalls, and then the beautiful Christmas tree. Thanks for sharing the shots.
