These are all from our paddle down the North Saugeen River.
At one point we paddled through a narrow channel into a pond beside the river, probably an old cut-off meander.
It was perfectly calm giving clear reflections of the shoreline.
Bulrushes in a few places also provided reflections, a bit wavy in the current.
As did those stands of Blue Flag.
Ah beautiful. I can picture myself there in my pink kayak. : )
ReplyDeleteI've missed a few of your posts so thought I'd visit and comment today. The photos of your canoe trip along the river are so pretty. The water looks so clear and the reflections are beautiful in the calm water. It looks very enjoyable. Are there huge spiders in the culvert? They creep me out!! ;)
ReplyDeleteBlue Flag, huh? They are gorgeous... Love all of your reflection photos. I love reflection pictures so much and yours are GREAT.
