Very very nice. Thanks for the views.
Great boulder. I love rocks. To me it looks like the head of a gray whale with the mouth and eye showing. I saved my geraniums from last year and have them resting in the condo. Once I get their deck pots repainted at the cabin I'll bring them up for another summer in the sun. - Margy
Dandelions from start to finish have great appeal to me.
That rock certainly does look like a monster, whale or large fish. The first thing that came to mind was a coelacanth, that ancient sort-of-fish that was believed to have been extinct for millions of years. Nice geraniums, the deer eat any we put in the flowerbeds.
and next year there will be even more dandelions.I'm one who likes them and love the yellow poke a dots on the green lawn. :)
That rock is totally cool. I didn't see the monster until you pointed it out, and now I can't NOT see it. Love the pink magnolias. :-)
Love seeing around your neigbourhood nice pictures.
I'm glad to see you have some great things to look at close to home. I especially love that dandelion meadow, even without the dandelions.
Keep on with the outings and hopefully they will take you much further away.
I think that rock is a rare 'Stone Grouper' once known to have inhabited the Meaford area long before the last ice age. The Pleistocene Epoch era I believe:)) You have a good eye for ancient history.
beautiful geraniums! You are finding some interesting things to photograph...I liked the hill better all sunny yellow but you know those dandys:)
The boulder, that is almost scary!! Love the geraniums, and fields of flowers, everything is looking so bright and beautiful.Down here, gale winds,,snow in places, and COLD. The fire is lit and glowed brightly all day.
Beautiful views and blooms. I like the view in the last photo. Wishing you a happy day!
The rock looks like a Gila monster. :OMy geraniums are a beautiful pink too, a new choice for me this year. Funny how I've seen many dead end signs but yours looks like we should be playing a game of checkers. :)A white dandelion, up close gave me a different perspective yesterday too.
I'd say you are able to capture some beautiful and interesting things as you are out and about! I saw that you sent me a message asking how to find my new website. Unfortunately, I could not respond because it was one of those no reply type emails. If you go to my last blog post, it shows you the address of my new blog. You can click on that. Send me an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you a link. Take care.
Wonderful series of near by things.
