Lots of flowers yet to share with you. We have several different coloujrs of the Echinacea hybrids, as well as the original pink ones which are spreading everywhere. Then there are a number of other flowers in bright red, orange and blue.
The original Echinacea generate lots of seeds, so we now have some scattered through the garden. The bright red Crocosmia are in bloom just now, and they do spread a little,, but they also need sun. The bright red is notoriously difficult to photograph.
Such a wonderful array of colours! They all look healthy and happy.
ReplyDeleteMore beautiful flowers. Crocosmia is like cardinal-flower and fringed ploygala in that digital cameras have real problems in rendering the color accurately.
ReplyDeleteWow they are all gorgeous!! Fabulous colors!!!
ReplyDeleteThey are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a super variety of flowers you have in the garden. Bravo Mrs FG!
ReplyDeleteI love those little blue ball flowers!
ReplyDeleteThat third shot is perfect! Just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWe have those original echinacea plants, and I can testify that they do seed and spread. One of our better specimens is now outside of the garden and on the adjacent lawn.
ReplyDeleteI still remember my first painful encounter with Bear's Britches. Those bears must be particularly hardy in their nether regions!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. One of those red crocosmia is on my want list. I have an orange one.
