Time flies when you are having fun, but I still cannot believe it is November already. We have a beautiful sunny day here and the promise of a week of mild temperatures for this time of year.
I looked out the window to a gorgeous sunny mild day for Nov. 1st. Some years we have had significant snow by this date.
I cannot believe we have moved from this ....
to this in only one week, after the leaves held on for so long. Here is hoping for many more days like this in November!
Those golden leaves, nature puts on a wonderful display, and you have that right at your backdoor. Or maybe the front one??
ReplyDeleteWe have been getting lots of our overdue rain, but next week it will turn very cold. Leaves don't stay on the trees long enough to satisfy my desire for more eye candy. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's cloudy and gray here today, but warm. The forecast this is the last day, and we're getting cooler weather starting tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to the snow.
ReplyDeleteMy the color on that tree is beautiful. Warm here too but we have had rain the past 2 days.
ReplyDeleteLovely photographs.
ReplyDeleteOur November has started rather wet and very windy!
All the best Jan
Our maples are bare as are most of the birch, but the oaks have a way to go. The world as changed before our eyes as we've aged.
ReplyDeleteI like the before and after tree! It's been so lovely outside!
ReplyDeleteIt has been a grand November so far. Enjoy this week's weather as it won't last much longer.
ReplyDeleteThese have been truly gorgeous Autumn days and it looks like our good weather is going to hang on for another week. Quite the dramatic change in that yellowish orange tree. I'm assuming it's a maple.
ReplyDeleteI wish you luck on more beautiful fall day. Winter hit us today and we're going to have a heavy snowfall.
ReplyDeleteI hope you do have milder weather for another month at least. We have it mild into next week, unheard of here for November.
ReplyDeleteA lot of our leaves have dropped.
ReplyDeleteHappy November! I'm so glad your weather is treating you folks kind back home. It sadly won't last so get that tree a winter coat!! ;)
