Another beautiful day here but far too hot. I've been chasing down all the people we need to talk to before my discharge, and building a list of questions to ask. We have so many questions and ideas it's just a scramble! A good day, but my brain is now too fogged to do much. See you tomorrow. I did see another Monarch!
I can imagine the brain might get a bit fogged up with all that coming to a head.
ReplyDeleteI don't dought it with all you both have to figure out anyone's brain would be in a fog with all that going on . Yes lots of Monarchs here to as we are on the migration path which is just 40 min south of where you are in London . Hope all goes smoothly and you get home soon.
ReplyDeleteGood to write all your questions down so you don't forget any. Hope things go well and you are home soon.
ReplyDeleteIt's a great idea to get your questions all written down..... Take notes as you get answers... That will help you and keep you from getting too overwhelmed. I can imagine your excitement --but also your fear (with all of the changes).... Blessings to you as you continue your journey.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Betsy
Hope you're writing down your questions and not just relying on memory, we're old you know.
ReplyDeleteIt is wise to write things down so that you can ask those specific questions then once they are asked be certain they are answered and not pushed aside. Maybe having Mrs. FG with you when the powers to be are confronted might be a wise idea. Two sets of ears are sometimes better then one especially when medications can change the way they are heard.
ReplyDeleteBe Safe and Enjoy!
It's about time.
Tomorrow, I will wait and see how close leaving day is, and if all things are in place. I hope your doorways are wide enough for the wheelchair, our son-in-law is in one after surgery to prepare his hip for surgery later on, and his had to be changed for a 16 inch one. Very windy and cold down here, the last fling of winter, although we should be in spring now.
ReplyDeleteLots to deal with for you two. Sending thoughts for lots of help in navigating your new normal.
ReplyDeleteIt'll all look simpler after a good night's sleep.
ReplyDeleteSo much to the care of it can be overwhelming, no matter it will all work our for you soon.
ReplyDeleteHello, I agree with the other writing down your questions would be good. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI can see why you might get overwhelmed at this point. I hope you take care of yourself as you get ready to go home. I know you will. :-)
ReplyDeletewishing you good karma
ReplyDeleteMake a list and check it twice...I am excited for you to get home!
ReplyDeleteA butterfly a day keeps the blues away. I remember when I brought my hubby home in a wheelchair the most pressing problems were steps and doorway width---Thank goodness we were fine---one step by the front door and all doorways were very wide---YAY!

I always find it is better to write down any questions …
ReplyDeleteI do hope things go well and you can get home soon.
