It's turning into a very snowy winter here; the snow just continues to accumulate. Temperatures remain well below freezing, and snow continues to fall. It's like a good old fashioned winter. The snow squalls are so frequent that our evening caregiver has only been here about half-time.
This was our back yard yesterday, the snow still falling. You'll note that there's no sign of our 'snow stick'; it's been totally out of sight for nearly three weeks..Mrs. F.G. took the camera into the den where she gets a different view of our shed and the railing on our ramp.
Just a nice picture, don't you think?
You could indeed make a fortune shipping snow, it would probably melt by the time it arrived down here, and would add to the sea level!! What a huge amount, I am sure street travel is out for some time. Hope you have books to read, food in the pantry, and no appointments that are necessary.
ReplyDeletePictures of the cabin are very nice/ I feel like we havn't gotten as much this year, but the weather is sure keeping what we have.
ReplyDeleteWe have enough here, FG. It’s been snowing all day. Love the shots of the shed!
ReplyDeleteThe photographs you've shared make things look pretty ... but that is a lot of snow!
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Wow, that is a lot of snow! It all looks light and fluffy but I can imagine it is very difficult to get around in. Take care, stay warm and dry.
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of the shed in the snow. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful but i certainly hope you keep it up there!! grin.
ReplyDeleteIt is definitely beautiful. And abundant, for sure!
ReplyDeleteNice photo of the snow , but I wouldn't want to shovel it.
ReplyDeleteIt sure is a more 'normal' winter this year. Mother Nature has obliged us with ploughable inches night before last, a sunny day yesterday, and snow is falling this morning, the flakes sparkling down through the light beams. It must make it difficult for you to get out and about though?
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing. We haven't had much snow but sure have had a lot of wind. It is really blowing again today.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful photos. You folks must be getting all the snow we aren't getting. It's been colder here than it's been for a few years, but hardly any snow -- no more than an inch and a half at the house at any time.
ReplyDeleteThat is an amazing amount of snow. You do have some great shots of it all. I do like that shed. Its color and siding is so special and perfect for a garden shed.
DeleteYou have some real pretty snow!
ReplyDeleteThe snow is pretty when it is white (haha) and unmarked except for animal prints. Otherwise, I'm glad it is there and not here.😁
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! We’ve already had snow and below freezing temperatures so I’m ready to say goodbye to winter.
