The other night Mrs. F.G. borrowed my camera to get some pictures in the garden, and was pleased with what she captured. It's the most colourful time of year in the garden, and though the colour is scattered everywhere, it adds up to a lot of bright highlights. These photos are all taken by the Head Gardener herself!
The orange flower behind the giant dragonfly is Butterfly Weed.

You have such a beautiful garden!😍
ReplyDeleteIt is incredible to realise that all those areas are covered in snow such a short time ago. A cornucopia of delights.
ReplyDeleteNow we have the original F.G. and now a new H.G. Just as well your surname is not Wells!!!!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful and wonderful. I'm still trying to get the orange butterfly weed to grow from seed. Second try this year and still unsuccessful.
ReplyDeleteI think you have the prettiest and most colorful gardens I have seen outside of professional gardens. Your love of gardening and expertise shine through admirably. Just like all the flowers you have given life.
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of color in your garden, it's so pretty.
ReplyDeleteVery colorful indeed. Keep the gardener you have.
ReplyDeleteWow! I love all of the colour. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteAre you on a garden tour of any sort? It certainly seems worthy.
