Let's go back to that house with the beautiful gardens (which I think should be called the 'Garden House), and take a closer look. And if you do look closely you not only see the flowers but you notice the unusual selection of trees as well. As well as the border of flowers along the fence I'm sure there are beautiful gardens inside the fence!
Notice the reddish tree on the right, the spruce on the left and on the very left a tree is boom with white flowers.Mind you they do have that long white picket fence to paint. I was given the job of scraping and repainting a long white picket fence beside our house when I was about 14. That was no joke!
It's an awesome property. Thanks for coming back to it.
ReplyDeleteTruly beautiful, and the water will be so inviting in your heat.A vertical shower spiral, lovely design.
ReplyDeleteI think I'd like the cooler weather of your southern hemisphere right now!

ReplyDeleteMrs. FG has done a nice job of your home.
Stay Safe and Enjoy!
It's about time.
I admire people who set up a very attractive yard and then maintain it.

There are a very few weeping Spruce here in the PNW too. Gorgeous trees. I love them when I find them.
ReplyDeleteAnd you and your wife have a gorgeous home and yard! Thanks to both of you!!
Looks like fun, and thanks for sharing it with your readers.
ReplyDeleteIs that reddish tree a purple smoke tree? We had a smaller version at our home in London and it always looked like something behind it (our house) was smoking! They are pretty though.
ReplyDeleteYou're right!
DeleteA fabulous garden. I love that splash pad too.
ReplyDeleteTakes a lot of work to maintain a garden like that!!!
