Not that horrible things didn't happen, but maybe because records were not always kept things get twisted over time, and we jump to conclusions for lack of facts. We have to get to know one another. We have to realize that we are people. We have different cultures .We have to learn about the cultures. The more we learn the easier it is to understand and respect others. It's a lot of fun to mix with aboriginals. There is a great sense of humor there. Very interesting and definitely worth a listen. I had actually been looking for Secret Life of Canada - it was offering an introduction to the other. I'll be bookmarking these two to listen to while I walk - there is much to learn.

I'm happy to see that many of the provinces are offering funding to allow the search for unmarked graves to be searched with possible identification of the children. It's just one step towards the reconciliation that is so very important. Thanks for sharing this information.

Maebemehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09706540456819503068noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1315509519261683441.post-33262935873777220472021-06-21T18:28:02.040-04:002021-06-21T18:28:02.040-04:00I pray you are correct, FG.
