Many a dog has got a snoutfull of quills just by reaching out for a gentle sniff. And they have barbs, so they're hard to pull out.The Furry Gnomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02485265576983125216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1315509519261683441.post-87849798799045426682013-11-26T19:44:56.390-05:002013-11-26T19:44:56.390-05:00Glad you backed up and let him finish his apple. Very sad sight, and I always hoped the quills gave the dastardly driver a flat tire.
I enjoyed your photos ever so much.
KKay L. The ground was covered in snow and he ambled out of the woods to the edge of driveway where I'd put out some food for the squirrels. I got a fuzzy picture through the window before he disappeared back into the woods.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09763547174099448920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1315509519261683441.post-59278411336759119082013-11-25T19:31:49.162-05:002013-11-25T19:31:49.162-05:00Something you definitely want to give a wide berth...Something you definitely want to give a wide berth to.
