While we've been enjoying some summer time canoeing, it's still winter here! We've had an interesting mix of snowfalls, but haven't had a thaw in weeks, unusual for this time of year. The snow just accumulates and stays, now about 18" deep.
Near the beginning of the month we had a pretty gentle snowfall, leaving the branches coated in snowflakes.
such pretty snow...best when the sun comes out!! but if you can believe it, i think i am sick of the snow!! i can't believe i just said that!! have a great day!!
ReplyDeleteI have added Meaford to my favourite places on yr.no and no wonder you have all that snow, -19 in a few days, and to think I longed to live where there was snow at the back yard!!!

We had another winter blast the last day or so. Yuck! I’ve had enough for this winter.

It's about time.
It certainly has been the year of the snow in many areas. Here in the desert, we've had rain which is an oddity at this time of year. Appreciated, though it does nothing to cool down the temperatures very much.
